Delete your FaceYoga account & data

This page explains how to delete your FaceYoga account and the data associated with it. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest, immediate)
- Open FaceYoga and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This permanently and immediately deletes your account and all of its data on our servers. It cannot be undone.
Option 2 — By email (if you can’t access the app)
Email info@work-out.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and email address
- Your personalized plan, practice progress, and streak
- Your before/after photo entries, including any photos backed up to cloud storage
- All sign-in tokens / sessions
Before/after photos kept only on your device (the default) never reach our servers; they are removed when you delete them in the app or uninstall it.
Data retention
We do not retain your personal data after deletion, except where required by law. Routine encrypted backups are purged on their normal rotation cycle.
