Terms of Service — Bloomy: Face Yoga
Last updated: 2 July 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Miha Mirt s.p., Naselje pod hribom 31, 4282 Gozd Martuljek, Slovenia (“we”, “us”) for the use of the Bloomy: Face Yoga mobile app (“Bloomy”, “the app”). By using the app you agree to them.
1. What Bloomy is — and isn’t
Bloomy provides guided facial-exercise routines, progress tracking and an optional photo journal.
Bloomy is a wellness app, not a medical service. The exercises are general wellness content. We make no medical, therapeutic or cosmetic-outcome claims — we do not promise changes to your face, and individual results (if any) vary. Nothing in the app is medical advice. If you have a medical condition affecting your face, jaw, neck or skin (e.g. TMJ disorders, recent surgery or injections, skin conditions), consult a qualified professional before using the app. Stop any exercise that causes pain.
You use the exercises at your own risk and are responsible for performing them in a safe manner and environment.
2. Your account
- You may need an account (email + password) for cloud features. Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You can delete your account in the app (Profile), which removes your server-side data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Subscriptions (Bloomy Pro)
- Parts of the app require a paid subscription (“Bloomy Pro”): currently an annual plan (with a free trial where offered) and a monthly plan. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you subscribe.
- Billing is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store — not by us directly. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
- Free trial: if your plan includes one, you can cancel any time before the trial ends and pay nothing.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel in your store account settings (the app links there under Settings → Manage subscription). Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow the store’s refund policies (Google Play / App Store). EU consumers: by starting the trial or subscription you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right is affected accordingly; store refund policies still apply.
- Prices may change; changes apply from the next billing period and the store will notify you as required.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no reverse engineering (except where the law permits), no scraping or reselling content, no attempts to bypass the subscription, no unlawful use. Exercise videos and app content are ours or licensed to us and are for your personal, non-commercial use.
5. Your content
Photos and notes you create stay yours. If you enable cloud backup, you grant us the limited right to store and transmit them solely to provide the backup and restore feature (see the Privacy Policy). We never use your photos for marketing, identification or model training.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features (including in ways that require app updates), and we work to keep cloud features available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature you’ve paid for, store refund rules apply.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under Slovenian and EU consumer law). Otherwise, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, or for harm resulting from performing exercises against the guidance in Section 1.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms; if we do so without cause, store refund rules apply for any unused paid period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Slovenia; EU consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
